do my guests need an app?
No. They scan the code and the guide opens in their browser. Nothing to download, nothing to sign into.
we already have a booking system. is this another one?
No. bunk does not touch bookings, rooms or payments. It is the page your guests read while they are here, and it works next to whatever you already use.
our reception changes every few weeks. who keeps this up to date?
Whoever is on shift. The portal is one login on the reception phone, it stays signed in for 90 days, and every screen is a short form. Nothing to hand over but the password.
what if we do not run events?
